I joined Up With People to:
Travel, work with many people from different countries and cultures, get to know people.
Favorite memory from staging:
Having to learn that if an American says "hi, how are you?" he does not really want to know how you really are doing. Having to learn that in this case I do not have to stop walking and say, "I am fine, thank you. How are you doing?" -- because he will already be gone...
Favorite city during our tour and why:
Nanuet, NY. Because of our GREAT time we had on PR -- Asa, Eric, and me.
Since Up With People I am:
married to Daniel Bitterli.
Occupation:
Owner of a restaurant from Aug. 2002!
Greatest Accomplishments since UWP:
Birth of our daughter, Anouk, in June of last year.
What you are doing now:
I try to give the best to our daughter and besides this I am preparing everything for our restaurant which will be open in probably August or September this year. There is A LOT to do!
